@Zakomations You might find it may help your case to reach out to the mods and apologize for your mistake, then familiarize yourself with the rules - as opposed to posting an angry message saying “fuck Newgrounds and its mod system”.

Using copyrighted music as samples is illegal and can get Newgrounds in trouble, especially 11 seconds of it which is an insane amount of time.

...You know, don't get me wrong, but you aren't making your situation 'any better' by making this kind of news posts. Besides, it doesn't matter if the 'sequence' that you used was 11 seconds or even less. Copyright is copyright, and there's nothing that you can do about it. By using the sample of a song that doesn't belong to you, you don't put yourself at risk but to the website itself in a 'possible legal problem', which probably that's the reason of the why the 'Moderation Team' (which one that, though its true that they sometimes can make mistakes, they still deserve YOUR respect and manners, because they're humans, just like you, after all) decided to 'take action' about it. So... yeah. Instead of 'having a tantrum' (no offense, but its the truth), I would recommend you to try to appeal about the decision (although that this time that's probably not going to be possible), and absent yourself from making this kind of 'unecessary' attack posts next time, because seriously, that's not going to help you at all.
